Fortebridge Consults · SheBuilds 10
Ten women-led businesses will receive a focused review of the records, agreements and operating habits behind their next stage of growth. We will help each selected founder see what needs attention and what to do first.
The reason for this programme
A founder can win customers and still lose time and money to work that began without agreed terms, a delivery record nobody can find, an overdue invoice without an owner, or a renewal that slipped past its date.
SheBuilds 10 gives ten women-led Nigerian businesses a practical, limited review of one pressing issue. It is a chance to turn a vague concern into a clear sequence of decisions—without having to commission a broad advisory project first.
What selected businesses receive
We agree one priority area and review up to three relevant existing items, such as a company record, contract, invoice trail or compliance schedule. Documents are requested securely after selection, not through this form.
A concise findings note identifies the practical gaps, explains why they matter and sets out the first actions the business can take. It is grounded in the documents actually reviewed.
An opening call of up to 45 minutes and a 30-minute findings call to test the recommendations against the realities of the business.
It does not include filing or government fees, litigation, representation, a full legal audit, drafting or renegotiating documents, or implementation of the action plan. Any further work is optional and would require a separately agreed scope and fee. Selection is subject to a suitability check and written engagement terms.
Who should apply
We welcome founders across sectors and states. A CAC registration helps us review company records, but is not a requirement to apply.

We first check eligibility. Eligible applications are then reviewed against the same four criteria. We may ask shortlisted applicants a clarification question or verify basic business information before a final decision. Where scores are close, we will consider a reasonable spread of sectors and locations.
A concrete contract, payment, records or compliance gap that this review can realistically address.
The applicant can join the conversations, share relevant records securely and own the next steps.
The proposed changes could materially improve how the business operates or protects its income.
The applicant explains the problem and desired outcome with enough detail for a fair review.
All applicants who provide a valid email will receive an application acknowledgement. We will contact shortlisted businesses directly and inform all applicants of the outcome. Applying does not guarantee a place.
